Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the highest standards and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing training and support on advanced repair techniques and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician , with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Relevant automotive certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
