Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures for automotive components and systems (e.g., powertrain, chassis, electronics).
• Set up and operate test equipment, data acquisition systems, and instrumentation for various validation tests.
• Conduct physical tests, including durability, performance, environmental, and functional testing, adhering to strict protocols.
• Analyze test data, interpret results, and generate detailed test reports, providing clear recommendations for design improvements.
• Collaborate with design and development engineers to troubleshoot issues identified during testing and validate corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing and validation .
• Proficiency with data acquisition systems, sensors, and common automotive testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and performance metrics.
• Experience in designing and executing environmental, durability, and performance tests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail in reporting and analysis.
