You will leverage your extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and safety management systems to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive safety audits of aviation operations, facilities, and management systems.
• Assess compliance with national and international aviation safety regulations and standards.
• Identify safety deficiencies and non-conformities, developing detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Mentor and guide junior auditors and contribute to audit training programs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Aviation Safety Auditor or in a similar safety assurance role.
• Deep understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA) and safety management principles.
• Proven ability to conduct complex audits and analyze safety data.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor, aviation specific safety qualifications).
• Ability to work independently and manage audit schedules effectively in a remote setting.
