Senior Aviation Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and validation of complex aviation systems and sub-systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed system requirements, specifications, and architecture documents.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and performance analysis, ensuring compliance with aviation standards.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software development teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
• Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation systems engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience with avionics systems , flight control systems, or navigation systems.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, DO-178C, and other relevant aviation regulations.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative setting.
