Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, and verification of complex aerospace systems, ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory standards .
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including requirements traceability and interface control documents.
• Conduct in-depth system analysis, performance modeling, and simulation to identify potential issues and optimize designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams, program management, and clients through virtual communication channels.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the remote team.
• Manage system lifecycle processes, including configuration management, change control, and obsolescence planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation systems engineering , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of systems engineering principles, DO-178C, and ARP4754 standards.
• Proficiency in systems modeling tools such as Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage complex tasks remotely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating in a distributed team environment.
