Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, fades, trims, and beard styling tailored to client preferences.
• Provide traditional hot towel shaves and modern beard grooming services with meticulous attention to detail.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs, suggest styles, and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within the grooming station and the overall lounge.
• Stay current with the latest trends in men's hairstyling, grooming, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Recognised Barbering qualification or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional Barber or Men's Grooming Specialist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of men's haircuts, styling techniques, and advanced shaving methods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of men's skincare and grooming product lines is essential.
