You will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to a discerning clientele, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, styling, and wet shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer style advice, and ensure satisfaction with the finished look.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the barber station and salon environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men's grooming and barbering techniques.
- Use and recommend professional hair and grooming products to clients.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Qualified Barber with significant professional experience.
- Proficiency in all aspects of modern and classic barbering, including clipper work, scissor cuts, and razor techniques.
- Experience with hot towel shaves and traditional barbering services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision in all services.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
