About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and expert Senior Beauty Consultant to operate remotely, providing exceptional client service and sales support for their online beauty retail platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering personalized beauty recommendations, skincare advice, and makeup consultations to a national customer base. This role demands a deep understanding of beauty products, an ability to connect with clients virtually, and a passion for helping people feel their best. As a senior member, you'll also contribute to training newer team members and providing insights to enhance the online customer experience, all from a remote-first location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video chat, and email, providing expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Guide customers through product selection, ensuring they find solutions that meet their specific needs and preferences.
• Drive online sales through personalized recommendations and effective promotion of new and existing products.
• Develop and share engaging beauty tips, tutorials, and content across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends, product innovations, and best practices in online retail.
• Provide excellent post-purchase support and address customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Mentor and train junior beauty consultants, sharing best practices and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty retail, consultation, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of a wide variety of beauty brands, ingredients, and application techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and virtual client engagement skills.
• Proficiency with online communication tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
