Our client is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Senior Beauty Consultant to lead their team in their prestigious beauty emporium in Belfast . This position requires a blend of expert beauty advice, sales acumen, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for guiding clients through a wide range of beauty products and services, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves training junior consultants and staying at the forefront of beauty trends and innovations in Belfast .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, offering personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products and services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Train and mentor new beauty consultants, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the presentation of the beauty counter is immaculate.
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a beauty retail or consultancy role, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, makeup artistry, and fragrance.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
