Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultations and recommendations on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences, driving sales performance.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked product display, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior beauty consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty retail or a related customer-facing role, with a minimum of 4 years.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands and products.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a talent for building client relationships.
• Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role, with strong leadership potential.
