About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to lead their esteemed salon in the heart of London . You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of advanced beauty treatments, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of client care and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapies.
• Provide expert consultations to clients, recommending personalised treatment plans and retail products.
• Mentor and train junior beauty therapists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to salon standards.
• Manage stock levels for beauty products and treatments, processing orders and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Uphold impeccable hygiene and health and safety standards within the salon environment, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Contribute to the salon's marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new services to clients.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized certification.
• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments, with specialization in areas such as advanced facials or laser treatments being advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
• A strong understanding of skincare science and product knowledge.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to meet salon operational needs.
