Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare procedures.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Mentor and guide junior beauty therapists, providing training and feedback to enhance their skills.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and salon areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth client flow and minimal waiting times.
• Contribute to retail sales by recommending and advising clients on professional beauty products.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist, with proven expertise in various treatments.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Demonstrable leadership potential or experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using salon management software and handling client records.
