In this key role, you will provide a full spectrum of high-quality beauty treatments and offer expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience. You will play a vital part in maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence and contributing to a positive team dynamic, guiding junior therapists and embodying the salon's commitment to customer satisfaction and professional standards in the heart of the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert beauty treatments, including advanced facials, intricate waxing, and relaxing massages.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and provide personalized treatment plans and product recommendations.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist in the training and development of junior beauty therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Manage retail stock and proactively promote beauty products to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy is essential.
• Proven ability to perform a wide range of treatments with precision and care.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and a professional, welcoming demeanour.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and skincare technologies is highly desirable.
