Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive suite of beauty treatments including advanced facials, skin analysis, body therapies, waxing, and nail services with precision and expertise.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments and homecare regimes.
• Mentor and guide junior beauty therapists, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage appointment schedules, ensure client records are maintained accurately, and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols within the treatment rooms and salon.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with proven experience in advanced treatments.
• Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport.
• Proficiency in using various beauty equipment and diagnostic tools for skin and body analysis.
