About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join their established salon in the heart of Cardiff . In this role, you will provide a broad spectrum of high-quality beauty treatments, offer expert advice to clients, and contribute to maintaining the salon's excellent reputation. You will also play a key part in mentoring junior therapists and upholding the salon’s commitment to exceptional customer service and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, tinting, manicures, and pedicures to a high standard.
• Conduct client consultations to assess their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Assist in training and guiding junior beauty therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Promote and sell retail beauty products, educating clients on their benefits and usage.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist .
• Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
