Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of advanced beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, and nail services with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards across all treatment areas and equipment.
• Mentor and train junior therapists, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
• Manage appointment schedules, client records, and inventory of beauty products efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field.
• Proven expertise in a variety of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, with a keen eye for detail and high professional standards.
