About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join their prestigious salon in Aberdeen . This pivotal role involves delivering a wide range of advanced beauty treatments, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare procedures.
• Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in managing stock levels and ordering beauty supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team skills.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with proven experience in advanced treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
