Key Responsibilities

• Administer a wide array of high-end beauty treatments, including advanced skincare, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions.
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations, analysing skin types and recommending personalized treatment and product plans.
• Maintain an immaculate and hygienic salon environment, adhering strictly to industry regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Manage inventory of beauty products and confidently engage clients in retail sales.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent professional standard.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced facial techniques and treatments.
• Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and new beauty technologies.
