Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive menu of beauty treatments including facials, massage, waxing, and nail care.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Educate clients on suitable treatments, skincare regimes, and lifestyle advice.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in treatment rooms and public areas.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocktakes and ordering of treatment supplies.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional beauty therapy setting.
• Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, with experience in advanced facials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for client care.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, as required by the spa's operational needs.
