Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide array of premium beauty treatments, including specialized facials, advanced electrolysis, and bridal makeup services.
• Perform detailed skin analysis and consultations, advising clients on personalized skincare regimes and treatments.
• Ensure all treatment areas are pristine, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Promote and sell retail beauty products, educating clients on their benefits and usage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a certified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent professional certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced skincare technologies and treatment modalities.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive salon culture.
