Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Conduct detailed skin and beauty consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate treatments and homecare regimes.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards within the salon and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and ensure a seamless client journey from booking to departure.
• Assist in the training and development of junior beauty therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments, with a strong understanding of skin types and concerns.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
