Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of advanced beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapies to the highest standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and upsell products and services effectively.
• Mentor and train junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques, client care, and product knowledge.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in treatment rooms and salon areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment schedules, client records, and inventory of beauty products and supplies efficiently.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations, bringing new ideas to the salon.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare, cosmetic ingredients, and various beauty techniques.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in using salon management software and point-of-sale systems.
