About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join their thriving spa and wellness center in Wolverhampton . This role involves delivering a comprehensive range of advanced beauty treatments, client consultations, and contributing to the overall client experience. You will be expected to maintain exceptional standards of service, promote retail products, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. As a senior therapist, you'll provide guidance to junior staff and embody the salon's commitment to excellence in beauty and relaxation services within the Wolverhampton area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, and manicures/pedicures.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable treatments and homecare advice.
• Promote and sell retail skincare and beauty products, advising clients on their benefits.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere to strict hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, treatments, and product knowledge.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the beauty therapy team.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, with specialization in areas like advanced facials or massage.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Adept at retail sales and product recommendation.
