Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced beauty treatments such as facials, body wraps, micro-needling, and advanced waxing techniques.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, analyzing skin types and recommending bespoke treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance on techniques and customer service standards.
• Manage stock levels for beauty products and consumables, ensuring timely reordering.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and salon facilities.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent advanced qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong client portfolio.
• Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within the beauty industry.
• Proficiency in a wide array of beauty equipment and product lines.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
