Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of diverse biological data, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.

• Collaborate with researchers to define data analysis needs, interpret results, and troubleshoot computational challenges.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in bioinformatics, with a strong track record in data analysis and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R, Perl) and experience with relevant command-line tools.
• Extensive experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
• Solid understanding of biological databases, ontologies, and omics technologies.
