Senior Biologist - Immunology Research

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret complex immunological assays to investigate disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
• Develop and validate novel experimental models and assays relevant to immunology research.
• Analyze and present experimental data clearly and concisely to internal teams and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists and pharmacologists, to integrate immunological findings into broader drug discovery programs.
• Contribute to scientific strategy and literature reviews, staying at the forefront of immunological research advancements.
• Mentor and guide junior research staff, providing technical expertise and support.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant research experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Extensive hands-on experience with immunological techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISpot, cytokine analysis, and cell-based assays.
• Proven ability to design, conduct, and interpret complex experiments independently.
• Strong understanding of cellular and molecular immunology, and its relevance to disease.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for scientific discovery.
