About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of transformative blockchain solutions in Derby . This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and enterprise blockchain frameworks. You will be instrumental in defining the technical strategy, ensuring the scalability, security, and integrity of our client's blockchain infrastructure within the dynamic Crypto & Blockchain industry. This is a unique opportunity to shape innovative projects and influence the direction of decentralized technology.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect complex blockchain networks and decentralized applications (dApps).
Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
Develop technical roadmaps and high-level design documents for blockchain initiatives.
Ensure solutions meet stringent security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to blockchain development teams.

Requirements

Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful deployments.
In-depth knowledge of various blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and smart contract development.
Expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and network security principles.
Experience leading technical teams and guiding complex software development projects.
Strong understanding of the global Crypto & Blockchain market and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences in Derby .
