You will be responsible for conducting advanced security audits, developing robust security protocols, and proactively identifying and mitigating threats within the crypto and blockchain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth security assessments and audits of blockchain protocols , smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and best practices for blockchain development and operations.
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability research, and penetration testing specific to blockchain environments.
• Lead incident response efforts for security breaches and provide post-incident analysis and recommendations.
• Mentor junior security analysts and contribute to the overall security posture of the organization.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and vulnerabilities in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain landscape.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a specialized focus on blockchain security and smart contract auditing.
• Deep technical understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and network security.
• Proven expertise in identifying and exploiting common smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, integer overflows, access control issues).
• Experience with security analysis tools, static/dynamic analysis, and formal verification methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote , collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly.
