About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution within the competitive FMCG sector, based in our Leicester office. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and marketing plans for the FMCG portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Leicester area and beyond.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling advertising, promotional, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse results, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior brand team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
