Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies , including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitive reviews to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Manage the brand P&L , setting and tracking budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing performance against KPIs.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and agency partners to ensure brand consistency and maximize commercial impact.
- Mentor junior brand team members and foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of brand management success within the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and launching successful new products and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing agency relationships.
