Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies , including marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
- Oversee the creative development process for all marketing collateral and advertising materials.
- Monitor brand performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in brand management within the FMCG industry .
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and marketing principles.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and working with external agencies.
