About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative brand strategies within the dynamic FMCG sector in London . You will be instrumental in driving brand growth, increasing market share, and building strong consumer connections. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impactful campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, and budgets for key FMCG products.
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing brand positioning and communication strategies.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand vision.
- Manage agency relationships, providing clear briefs and performance feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective in-market execution and to gather valuable retail insights.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and recommending adjustments to optimize brand health and market performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry .
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable brand strategies.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
