About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to spearhead brand development and growth initiatives. This is a pivotal, fully remote role where you will take ownership of key brands, driving innovation, marketing strategy, and consumer engagement from conception to execution. You will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our client's portfolio, working autonomously and collaborating with virtual teams across the globe. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, including market positioning, product innovation, and go-to-market plans for assigned brands.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, consumer research, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and unmet consumer needs.
- Manage the brand's P&L, marketing budget, and forecasting to ensure profitability and ROI targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, supply chain) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing brand support.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing communications campaigns across all relevant channels, both digital and traditional.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector , with at least 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, consumer insights, and financial P&L management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders virtually.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and working with external agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
