Senior Building Services Supervisor – HVAC & Refrigeration

Rothamsted Research in Harpenden (UK) is seeking a Building Services Supervisor with a strong air conditioning and refrigeration bias to lead the Facilities team on a permanent basis. You will supervise the maintenance and operation of refrigeration, air conditioning, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and data centre cooling systems across a complex research estate.

You will manage a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring safety, compliance and high standards.
