• Extracting and manipulating complex datasets using tools including SQL, FastStats and Power BI
• Maintaining data integrity through regular checks, audits, cleansing and enrichment, and resolving data quality issues
• Ensuring work complies with data governance, privacy, security and organisational standards
• Identifying and implementing improvements to data selection, analysis and reporting processes
• Sharing knowledge, guidance and good practice to strengthen data capability across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a data analysis or similar role, delivering marketing data selections and analysis
• Technical expertise in data analysis, manipulation and visualisation using SQL, FastStats and Power BI
• Experience applying advanced analytics to large, complex datasets, including segmentation, propensity modelling and predictive analytics
• Strong attention to detail and a clear commitment to data accuracy and quality
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy requirements, including GDPR
• Familiarity with marketing, communications, engagement and fundraising processes

If you're excited by the opportunity to use data and insight to strengthen supporter engagement and fundraising at the MS Society, we'd love to hear from you.
