Senior Care Assistant: Compassionate Care & Planning Lead

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay, Kent, to support the care team and deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring environment.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in care and about 2 years’ experience in a similar setting, strong communication, and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities. DBS disclosure will be arranged by Avery and eligibility to work in the UK is required.
