Senior Care Assistant - Lead Care & Mentorship (Day/Night)

Kiwi House Care Home in Alvaston, Derby, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team during night shifts (7pm–7am). You will administer medications, support care plans, and ensure accurate records while promoting dignity and person-centred care.

You will work with the Care Manager to monitor residents’ wellbeing, handle admissions and liaise with health professionals, with paid DBS, pension and uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave on a full-time contract.
