Senior Care Assistant (Nights) – Lead & Elevate Care

The Grove Thurnscoe is seeking a Senior Care Assistant Nights to join St Philip's Care. You will lead a small team of care workers, supporting residents with nightly care duties and ensuring dignity and person-centred support.

The role involves care planning assistance, moving and handling, medication administration, and reporting changes to the Manager. NVQ3/Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred; training provided.
