Senior Care Assistant — Lead Compassionate Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist services. You will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, and you will build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Ideally you will have Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and work toward Level 3, with a focus on record keeping and time management.
