Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support in their duties.

• Monitor residents' health and well-being, accurately documenting observations and reporting changes to the nursing or management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Care Assistant, with demonstrated experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential.

• Excellent understanding of care planning, record-keeping, and safeguarding procedures.
