Senior Care Lead — Dementia & Nursing, Kindness at Heart

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver person‑centred care in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist homes. You will maintain records, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and help residents with daily activities and medication with kindness.

You will ideally hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and pursue Level 3, bringing positive energy, time management, and strong communication with residents’ families and colleagues.
