Senior Care Lead: Kind, Person-Centred Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team. This full-time role (33 hours per week) focuses on delivering person-centred care, supporting residents with dementia, nursing, and residential needs, and leading a team of Care Assistants under the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

You’ll maintain accurate records, support care planning, and engage residents with meaningful activities while showing warmth, kindness and dignity in every interaction.
