Senior Care Lead: Dementia & Personalised Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing and residential care homes in Leeds. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, deliver personalised care plans and work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to support residents with dignity and independence.

You will maintain accurate records, encourage meaningful activities and ensure compassionate, person-centred care. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred, with a plan to progress to Level 3.
