Senior Care Lead - Dementia & Personalised Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.

You’ll lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain care plans with dignity and independence, and assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver person-centred care. You’ll also help with activities, record-keeping and medication administration, while modelling kindness in all interactions.
