Senior Care Lead: Kindness-Driven Dementia Care

HC-One - Cold Springs Park is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care home. You will deliver person-centred care, plan care with residents and families, and work day and night shifts to ensure safety, dignity and independence.

You will support a Registered Nurse and Care Manager, administer medication, promote wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and help colleagues develop through training and excellent teamwork.
