Senior Carer & Team Lead – Residential Care Home

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team, supervise shifts and deliver person‑centred care to residents.

You will assist with medication administration, care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nurses and families to support wellbeing in a warm, welcoming home.
