Senior Carer & Team Lead - Residential Care

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to support our care home team in delivering person-centred care. You will lead care staff on shift, provide training and supervision, and assist with medication administration and care planning.
