Senior Carer & Team Lead - Residential Care

Barchester Healthcare is hiring a Residential Senior Carer at one of our care homes in the UK. You will lead a team of care staff, provide training and supervision, and ensure delivery of person-centred care aligned with residents' needs.

You will also help with administering and ordering medication, updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with GPs, district nurses and families to support residents' wellbeing.
