About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Catering Event Planner to lead the conceptualization and execution of high-profile events from a remote capacity. You will manage client relationships from initial consultation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan bespoke catering menus and event concepts tailored to individual client needs and event themes.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, staffing schedules, and timeline management for multiple concurrent events.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Oversee budget development and management for each event, ensuring profitability and adherence to client financial parameters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning , with a significant focus on catering.
