Senior Chef de Partie - Fresh-Food Kitchen Leader (London)

Gaucho Restaurants Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join one of our busy London kitchens. You will lead a section, deliver dishes to spec and work as part of a fast-paced team in a fresh food environment.

You will oversee junior chefs, coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, and uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety while supporting menu planning and daily operations.
